Job Summary
Lead and supervise warehouse operations and personnel to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution; schedule inbound/outbound arrivals; enforce policies; train, coach, and evaluate staff; maintain safety, security, and cleanliness; unload/load/deluxing and assist with furniture repairs as needed; manage inventory over $2.5M; utilize production tools to measure employee productivity; travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent 1-3 years of supervisory / leadership experience
- Understanding of proper methods and procedures used in safe receiving, storing, requisitions, shipping and delivery
- Basic knowledge of inventory procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Up to 5% Travel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Supervisory / leadership experience

- Ability to train, coach and evaluate staff
