Job Summary
Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution. Supervise scheduling of inbound/outbound activities, maintain dock presence, enforce policies, train and evaluate personnel, ensure safety and security, manage inventory (over $2.5M), and perform related duties including unloading/loading and furniture-related repairs as needed. Requires strong organizational skills, understanding of safe receiving/storage/requisitions/shipping, and up to 5% travel. Preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
