Z Dock Lead

Lead and train a warehouse team in the Z-Dock area, scheduling work, creating pick/move/shipping documents, and maintaining records for accountability. Oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, ensure security and RDC procedures, and occasionally perform tasks alongside staff. Responsible for unloading/loading, deluxing, minor furniture repair, and ensuring proper techniques are demonstrated; may supervise cross-area tasks and mentor new staff. Requires High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience; forklift certification preferred. Travel: None.
