Z-Dock Lead

Lead and train a Warehouse team (Z-Dock) to perform picking, moving, and shipping tasks efficiently; schedule work, maintain task records, reconcile completed work, and produce administrative documentation. Maintain dock security, supervise staff, provide coaching and training to new and existing personnel, and ensure RMS systems are utilized. May perform tasks in other warehouse areas and oversee building security; travel none. Must maintain productivity and adherence to RDC procedures, with a focus on safety and accuracy. Responsibilities include unloading/loading, minor furniture repair, and ensuring proper documentation and metrics for accountability; ideal candidate has leadership experience and is capable of training staff to meet productivity goals.
