Job Summary
Ramp Agent position at Perimeter Aviation LP handling sorting, loading, and unloading of baggage, freight and equipment from aircraft; duties include marshalling and towing aircraft, de-icing, servicing lavatories, ensuring on-time performance, maintaining safety and customer service standards, and assisting flight crews.Requires high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit and any necessary security clearances; prior warehouse or ramp experience and aviation familiarity are assets. The role is in-person in Winnipeg, MB, with multiple locations listed; shift work and physical duties are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must qualify for and obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- Previous warehouse and/or Ramp experience is considered an asset
- Previous aviation operation experience is considered an asset
- Forklift license or completed applicable training considered an asset
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
