Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in the human services field
• •Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• •At least one (1) year of supervised related experience in counseling and/or case management
• •State Police clearance
• •FBI clearance
• •Child Abuse clearance
• •Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training certificate and/or statement
• •Minimum requirements for hearing, speech, and vision
• •Ability to operate a keypad device 50% of the day
• •Ability to use electronic/office equipment 50% of the day
• •Daily travel
• •Ability to work in weather conditions about 25% of the day
• •Routine use of fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs and feet throughout the day
• •Use of lower and upper torso 75% of the day
• •Walking required 25% of the day
• •Standing occurs 25% of the day
• •Sitting happens 50% of the day
• •Reaching above the shoulder as well as bending and twisting performed 25% of the day
• •Routine lifting of 15 pounds, 4 times per day
• •Maximum lift of 50 pounds, 1 time per day
• •Ability to handle distractions that interfere
• •Ability to frequently perform multiple tasks, make quick decisions, and concentrate
• •Ability to occasionally handle a diversity of problems
• •Extensive travel to client homes and throughout the community
• •Ability to work in conditions including tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, mold and other allergens
