Job Summary
Facilitate and co-facilitate groups to promote successful interactions among clients, while encouraging engagement in Youth Psychosocial Program activities. Serve as an attendant on van transportation routes and transport clients to appointments, supporting problem-solving efforts and respectful interactions with parents. Provide clinical documentation and reports compliant with Quality Improvement standards. Work evenings one or more days per week after 5 p.m. as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- One year of college coursework in the field of human services
- One year of experience in the field of human services
- One year combination of education and work experience in the field of human services
- At least 6 months experience working with individuals in the community
- Experience gained through practicum experience or volunteer work
- Availability for evenings (1+ days per week after 5 p)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues
