Job Summary
Analyze products and translate them into clear, effective video briefs, then coordinate with talent to ensure scripts and instructions are precise before filming. Review incoming footage, resolve issues quickly, and help ensure all materials stay aligned with original briefs and business goals. Own the production flow end-to-end, ensuring content moves smoothly and is delivered on time at a high standard. Continuously look for ways to improve the production process and make it more scalable while keeping performance aligned throughout every stage. This role sits within Mediatech's new YouTube Ventures Team, a lean growth unit launching finance channels, requiring a results-driven producer who understands both business and content.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in production, project management, content operations, or a similar coordinating role
- Strong business understanding, with the ability to translate product and market insight into clear content direction
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
- A solid understanding of how content moves from brief to script to final video
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort dealing with problems quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with both creative contributors and external talent
- High ownership and a results-driven approach to production quality and efficiency
- The flexibility and efficiency needed to work in a small, fast-moving team
- A pragmatic attitude toward AI and other tools — using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality
