Job Summary
You will oversee the operation and growth of high-profile Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast YouTube channels (40M+ subscribers, 400M+ monthly views) by developing a comprehensive channel strategy, optimizing metadata and thumbnails, and driving data-driven decisions across multiple territories. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, aligning content with brand and audience needs, leveraging YouTube Analytics and automation tools to test and refine approaches, collaborating with Production, Marketing, Product Development, and Brand Management, and delivering detailed performance reports to stakeholders. Strong analytical capability, experience with large-scale YouTube channel growth, content-optimization expertise, and a proactive, adaptable mindset are essential. Hybrid work schedule based in London, UK with in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record managing large-scale YouTube channels with measurable growth
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience using YouTube Analytics and third-party measurement platforms (e.g., Tubular Labs)
- Ability to translate audience and performance data into content strategies
- Experience with content programming, calendar management, and optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails
- Familiarity with design/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Ability to develop and implement long-term channel growth strategies
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Multilingual capabilities are preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kids’ and family content dynamics and brand alignment across territories
- Comfort with reporting and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Understanding of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and performance analysis
