Job Summary
Provide psychosocial support to YouthBuild BRIDGE participants through clinical assessments, group therapy, and psychoeducation on burnout and test anxiety. Coordinate supportive services by facilitating referrals for housing, food, transportation, and substance use treatment while assisting with job or apprenticeship interview preparation. Develop Individual Service Strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to address emotional, financial, and community needs, ensuring participants navigate pressures and achieve skill gains. Maintain retention documentation and track measurable outcomes within a cohort model of approximately 17 participants.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work Degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- LCSW in the state of Arkansas
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- Criminal Background Check
- Motor Vehicle Reports Check
- Sex Offender Registry
