Youth Worker

Plan, implement, and document educational, recreation, and arts activities with school-aged children while maintaining a primary focus on their safety and care. Build positive relationships with participants, actively engage with them throughout sessions, and enforce progressive discipline policies to manage assigned groups effectively. Conduct daily inspections of facilities, equipment, and supplies, providing supervisors with room check-in logs at the start and end of each session. Assist in enrollment processes, record daily attendance, and submit required documents to the Director. Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and training sessions, including at least 15 hours of additional training during the school year. Adhere to agency policies and represent the organization professionally with school staff, parents, and the community.
