Job Summary
Provide support and supervision to youth and families experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role involves monitoring daily activities, enforcing facility guidelines, modeling positive behaviors, advocating for youth and families, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining a clean and secure facility, and transporting clients as needed using an agency or personal vehicle (with reimbursement).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of behavioral health experience or related coursework
- Ability to work some weekends and/or overnights
- At least 21 years of age
- A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record
- (May require) State of Nebraska Med Aid License, or ability to obtain
