Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans, build mentoring relationships, and create a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model for adolescents aged 15-18. Utilize verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques to support behavioral regulation while modeling healthy communication and daily living skills. Administer medications, document accurate records, and transport residents to appointments and community activities. Work primarily on the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with rotating weekend coverage, earning $20.50–$22.50/hour. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to trauma-informed care and resilience building within Wedgwood's residential transitional living program.
Required Qualifications
- At least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely perform physical interventions when necessary
- Alignment with Wedgwood's Statement of Faith, vision and values
