Youth Treatment Specialist (Full-Time) | Residential Behavioral Health

Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and case managers while creating a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model. Build consistent, mentoring relationships using trauma-informed approaches and utilize verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques to support behavioral regulation. Model healthy communication, problem-solving, and daily living skills to help youth develop self-worth and positive identity formation. Administer medications as assigned, support physical wellness routines, and transport residents to appointments, school, court, or community activities. Document accurate records in alignment with behavioral health standards. Serve adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in the Cook Claus Program, which specializes in healing from trafficking and sexual trauma. Work primarily in the second shift (3pm–11pm) with rotating weekend coverage.
