Job Summary
IHBT Therapist provides mental and behavioral health treatment to youth and families in their home/community, with a small caseload (5-6 youth). Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, individual and family counseling, therapeutic behavioral support/care coordination, crisis intervention and stabilization, and collaboration with Probation Officers, school staff, and other treatment providers. Services are delivered in the community and home; duties include IHBT trainings, supervision participation, safety planning with families, continuity of care planning, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with a minimum of LSW/LPC
- Will consider a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with an LSW AND 3+ years of clinical experience including diagnostic assessments
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with reliable transportation and be able to travel to families.
- Experience working with youth, families, and systems preferred.
