Job Summary
IHBT Therapist provides intensive mental and behavioral health treatment to a small youth caseload in home and community settings. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention and stabilization, safety planning, and coordination with families. Collaborates with Probation Officers, Children Service Workers, school staff, and other treatment providers to optimize care; adheres to IHBT fidelity through trainings, supervision, and continuing care planning; maintains timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. Typical duties require travel to families and near-constant client contact, with emphasis on crisis intervention and linkage to formal supports and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with a minimum of LSW/LPC
- Valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with reliable transportation
- ability to travel to families
- LSW/LPC or equivalent experience with 3+ years of clinical experience including diagnostic assessments
