Job Summary
Clinical Youth Therapist at The Village Network provides behavioral health services to youth and families, including assessing therapeutic needs, establishing therapeutic relationships, and designing/ coordinating individual treatment plans with clinical leadership; role requires proficiency in EHR, documentation, and collaboration with families, agencies, and courts within a residential and community-based treatment setting in Wayne/Holmes Counties, with licensure requirements and willingness to travel; benefits include tuition/licensure reimbursement, PTO, holidays, retirement contributions, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related degree required
- LSW or LPC required; Independent licensure and previous experience desired
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance
- Willingness to travel for various reasons, mainly during the day but occasionally overnight
- Ability to visit clients’ homes (may or may not be handicapped accessible)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills
