Job Summary
The Youth Team Coach is responsible for delivering practice content to youth climbing teams and crafting transformative experiences for youth athletes through sport climbing. Duties include monitoring athletes' well-being, coaching practices and competitions, supervising youth climbers, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position requires effective communication with all stakeholders, collaboration with team supervisors, and a passion for youth development.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, coaches, parents, and gym leadership
