Job Summary
Conduct physical counts of students in living areas and update check sheets as required. Provide around-the-clock supervision, mediation, crisis management, and social, educational, and recreational support following the daily schedule. Monitor and document client behaviors and activities, transporting youth in company vehicles. Communicate concerns, behavior changes, emotions, academic progress, and overall disposition to ensure treatment plan adjustments meet the youth's success. This role supports girls aged 12 to 18 at Pivot Point Youth Center in Las Vegas, addressing maladaptive behaviors, special needs, and trauma histories through a safe, home-like residential environment.

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience or familiarity with youth who have a history of interpersonal violence and/or sexual trauma, or various forms of other traumas or teens having been in/on probation
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to pass a physical
- Be able to pass a TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
Desired Qualifications
- Involvement with the Department of Juvenile Justice and/or the Department of Family Services
