Job Summary
Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood by providing one-on-one guidance for those with disabilities and at-risk youth. Offer educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, and foster social health and wellness to help students grow and thrive within their communities. Build trusted role models in a compassionate environment to position youth for success in life. This full-time or part-time role operates Monday through Friday on the first shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle for transportation purposes
