Youth Support Specialist

Develop supportive, nurturing relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood, providing one-on-one guidance for youth with disabilities and at-risk individuals. Offer educational support, career coaching, and personal skill development while fostering their social health and wellness within the community. Build empowering connections to help students grow and thrive. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:15am to 2:15pm, with a salary of $19-$22 hourly plus a Career Ladder Program offering pay increases up to $22.50. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
