Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, fostering independence while ensuring health and safety needs are met. Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily life activities. Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Deliver personal care assistance. This role offers paid training in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration, with no prior experience required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Ohio driver's license, and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance
- Fewer than 6 points in the last three years on your motor vehicle record
- Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch
