Job Summary

Engage, mentor, and empower youth assigned to your caseload by supporting their treatment plans, advocating for self-advocacy, and responding to crises. Provide guidance and transportation with reimbursement while maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Administer tasks during the day, with service visits and youth engagement occurring in the afternoons and evenings. This irregular schedule requires self-management. Thompson, founded in 1886, delivers trauma-informed prevention, mental health, and foster care services across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky to build resilience in children and families.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the department
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Pass an extensive background check
  • 1 year of relevant professional experience with the population served
