Job Summary

Provide family-centered counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services for youth and their families at homes, schools, and community locations. Support clients to connect with natural supports and resources while participating in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary staff meetings. Complete mental health documentation, service tracking, and assist with transportation for appointments and court hearings. Maintain a flexible full-time Sunday through Thursday schedule with emergency on-call response. Valid driver's license, clean record, and TB/fingerprinting clearance required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience
  • High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience
  • At least 21 years of age
  • TB test clearance
  • Fingerprinting clearance
  • State/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
