Job Summary
Lead and coach youth athletes (ages 7-18) in group-based strength and conditioning sessions, focusing on movement mechanics, speed, agility, and overall athletic development. Drive a positive, safe training environment, build relationships with athletes and parents, ensure safety with proper coaching ratios, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback, assist with athlete evaluations and onboarding, maintain facility standards, and participate in community events. Must communicate effectively, motivate diverse age groups, and hold CPR/AED certification (or obtain). Nationally recognized certifications (CSCS, SCCC, NASM-CPT, USAW, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) are preferred, and a background check is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Competitive hourly pay based on experience with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Required Qualifications
