Job Summary
Provides leadership and supervision for youth events, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with setup and breakdown of events, responding to inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Georgia state youth regulations. Requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, along with effective communication skills to interact with children and guardians. Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working directly with youth-based programs required
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or able to obtain within first 30 days of employment required
- Must have a thorough knowledge and applicability of youth communications
- Ability to work with a wide variety of ages ranging from 6-week-old infants up to teenagers
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience leading large groups of 20 or more children
