Job Summary
Prepare fields and courts for game-day activities, including setup and breakdown. Lead and supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches to manage all game-day operations safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory of all equipment and venue areas while delivering exceptional customer service to players, parents, coaches, and staff. Model core values, evaluate staff performance, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for every participant. Complete required game-day reports and checklists. Weekend availability throughout each season (approximately 6/7 weeks).
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability throughout each season (approximately 6/7 weeks)
- Knowledge of one or more sports offered by i9 Sports (flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, or baseball)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check
