Youth Sports Venue Manager

Prepare fields and courts for game-day activities, including setup and breakdown. Lead and supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches to ensure programs run safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Manage all game-day operations, model core values, and maintain organization and inventory of equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service to players, parents, and coaches while evaluating staff performance and providing feedback. Complete required reports, checklists, and operational documentation. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for all participants. This weekend-only leadership role is available at venues in Abington, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Eagleville, and Malvern.
