Job Summary
Field set up and breakdown for soccer or flag football games, manage part-time staff and volunteer coaches, and supervise overall venue operations to ensure programs run on schedule. Organize game-day equipment, maintain venue cleanliness, and consistently demonstrate sportsmanship values and superior customer service skills. This part-time role requires weekend availability for the full 7-week Fall season at Jeanne Hansen Park or Mount Si High School, with a commitment to reliability, dependable transportation, and passing a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience
- Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- Must be able to transport soccer gear (JHP only)
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be available on weekends
- Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written)
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness
- Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with kids
- A desire to learn sports management
- Experience 'Wowing' customers
