Job Summary
Conduct field setup and breakdown for soccer, T-Ball, or flag football games while managing part-time staff and volunteer coaches. Supervise overall venue operations to ensure programs run on schedule, organize equipment, and maintain cleanliness. Demonstrate core sportsmanship values and deliver superior customer service with a positive attitude. Commit to the full 7-week season from September to October, including weekend availability at Eastside Community Fields or Eastlake High School. Pass a National Criminal Background Check and hold current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience
- Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be available on weekends
- Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written)
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness
- Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with kids
- Experience 'Wowing' customers
- Ability to give back to youth sports and make a difference in kid's lives
