Job Summary
Field set up and breakdown for flag football and soccer games, manage part-time staff and volunteer coaches, and supervise overall venue operations to ensure programs run on schedule. Organize game day equipment, maintain venue cleanliness, and demonstrate core sportsmanship values while consistently delivering superior customer service. Work Sundays from 9/13-10/25 at Juanita High School for the full 7-week season. This role requires sports officiating or coaching experience, CPR certification, and a commitment to reliability with no callouts allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience
- Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available on Sundays
- Must be CPR certified
