Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches, teach age-appropriate soccer fundamentals, and officiate games to ensure safety, fairness, and positive competition. Promote core values of sportsmanship and teamwork while building relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Set up and break down fields and equipment before and after each event. Work weekends throughout the season in Abington, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Eagleville, and Malvern.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of soccer rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
