Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches and teach age-appropriate soccer fundamentals during practices and game days. Enforce rules consistently and fairly while officiating games to ensure player safety and a positive learning environment. Oversee operations to keep events running safely on schedule, assist with field setup and breakdown, and build positive relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Maintain an energetic atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. Available to work weekends throughout each season for approximately six weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of soccer rules, skills, and game play
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
