Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches, teach age-appropriate soccer fundamentals, and assist with officiating games to ensure safety, fairness, and positive competition. Enforce i9 Sports rules consistently while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players, parents, and coaches. Set up and break down fields and equipment before and after events, maintaining an energetic atmosphere throughout practices and game days. Available to work weekends throughout each season for approximately six weeks; must pass a National Criminal Background Check. Join a team committed to helping kids succeed in life through sports.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of soccer rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
