Job Summary
Conduct youth gymnastics instruction for children aged 9 months to 17 years, including class preparation, skill evaluation, and student check-ins. Oversee daily operations by attending staff meetings and spotting clinics while maintaining safety standards. Work flexible weekday, weekend, and evening shifts from morning to evening. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 60 days of hire. This part-time role contributes to the community's well-being through recreational services and programs at Foothills recreation centers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Can do a cartwheel, a summersault or any kind of gymnastics
- Do you enjoy coaching & working with children
- Are you enthusiastic
- Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth
- Are you available for mornings to evenings weekdays and weekends
- Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and evaluating individual skill levels
- Attending gymnastics staff meetings and spotting clinics
Desired Qualifications
