Job Summary
Provide gym/class supervision for entry-level youth gymnastics classes including Parent/Tot, Tiny Tumblers, and Preschool sessions. Ensure the safety of all participants while delivering basic instruction, with training provided on the job. Engage with parents and participants in a positive manner to help create an environment where children ages 9 months to 5 years can learn and play. Maintain punctual and reliable attendance for Monday through Friday, 8:30am–12:30pm shifts, with flexible scheduling required for consistent class coverage. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 60 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about working with children (primarily ages 9 months – 5 years)
- Willingness to learn
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications
