Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches, teach age-appropriate Flag Football fundamentals, and enforce rules consistently to ensure games remain safe, fair, and instructional. Set up and break down fields and equipment before and after each event while maintaining a fun, energetic atmosphere for players, parents, and coaches. Assist with officiating duties, keep game time and score, and communicate respectfully with all participants throughout practices and game days. Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks) across Abington, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Malvern, and Eagleville.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Flag Football rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
