Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches, teach age-appropriate Flag Football fundamentals, and enforce rules consistently to ensure games run safely, fairly, and on schedule. Oversee operations during practices and game days while setting up and breaking down fields and equipment. Assist with officiating, keep score, and communicate respectfully with players, coaches, and spectators to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere. Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks) across Abington, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Malvern, and Eagleville.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Flag Football rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
