Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches and teach age-appropriate Flag Football fundamentals during practices and game days. Enforce rules consistently while keeping games fun, safe, and instructional for players of all skill levels. Assist with field setup, equipment breakdown, and game operations to ensure events run safely on schedule. Build positive relationships with players, parents, and coaches to promote sportsmanship and teamwork. Available to work weekends throughout the season for approximately 6 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Flag Football rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
