Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches and teach Flag Football fundamentals during practices and game days. Enforce rules consistently, keep score, and officiate games to ensure safety, fairness, and positive competition. Set up and break down fields and equipment before and after each event. Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. Available to work weekends throughout the season for approximately six weeks. Pass a National Criminal Background Check. Join a team committed to helping kids succeed in life through sports.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Flag Football rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 6 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
