Job Summary
Support athletic/club activities and programs across the district in collaboration with community partners. Coordinate access to school facilities for program use, assist with scheduling and supervision of activities, recruit, train, and retain program volunteers, and maintain effective communication with program partners. Ensure programs comply with school policies, plans, and applicable regulations, and work with Head Coaches, Principals/Administrative Teams, and District Leadership in collaboration with partners. Document data, monitor progress toward program goals, and perform related duties as assigned. Requires ability to communicate effectively, organize and plan activities, maintain current knowledge of program rules, and stay up-to-date with relevant technology. Seasonal employment with potential multiple positions based on activity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 64 college semester hours from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Experience working with K–12 students, preferably in a school setting
- Experience with program planning and implementation
- Clerical and record-keeping skills
