Job Summary
Coach an assigned group of children on sport and social skill development, safety, fair play, and sportsmanship using the Inclyousion Sports curriculum. Collaborate with parents, partners, and team members to support the child's skill development and positively represent the brand. Manage sporting equipment, ensure equal playing time for all abilities, and establish positive team spirit while adhering to established policies. Maintain professionalism, patience, and maturity while working weekends with reliable vehicle access for travel and equipment transport. Prior experience coaching children is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Access to reliable vehicle and ability to travel to class locations and transport equipment

- Maintains a high level of professionalism, patience, maturity, and dependability
- Prior experience working with children and/or coaching children preferred
