Job Summary
Mentor volunteer coaches and teach age-appropriate Baseball fundamentals during practices and game days. Enforce rules consistently and fairly while officiating games to ensure player safety and a positive learning environment. Oversee Baseball operations to keep events running safely and on schedule, and assist with field setup and equipment breakdown before and after each event. Build positive relationships with players, parents, coaches, and fellow staff while promoting core values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. Available to work weekends throughout the season for approximately 7 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Baseball rules, skills, and game play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and dependable with a passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt during game-day situations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and coaches
- Available to work weekends throughout each season (approximately 7 weeks)
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Previous coaching, playing, or officiating experience
