Job Summary
The role of Youth Sports and Camp Program Director involves the leadership and delivery of dynamic youth and adult sports programs, as well as overseeing the summer camp program. This position requires recruiting, training, and supervising part-time staff and volunteers, managing program budgets, and participating in community engagements and the Annual Campaign. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strong character, and be technologically proficient. Prior experience in sports management and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (4+ years of experience can be substituted for degree)
- Experience in sports management
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team
