Job Summary
Provide direct support, guidance, and security to youth in a residential setting within an afternoon/evening program (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at a Spectrum Youth Residential Program in Michigan. Serve as a key role model and source of support for youth, contributing to a structured, therapeutic environment. Role is full-time (hourly, non-exempt) with required weekend availability and emphasis on safety, transportation responsibilities, and collaboration with a team to promote positive outcomes for youth in care. Requires a High School diploma or GED, reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license, and clear background checks, plus a current physical exam and TB screening. Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to provide transportation for youth
- Valid Michigan Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- MDHS Central Registry Clearance
