Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Flourish Home, housing six youth aged 16-20, by building trusting relationships and serving as a role model while ensuring their safety and basic needs are met. Coordinate comprehensive wrap-around support with program managers to facilitate residents' transition to independent living, including teaching skills like budgeting, cooking, and conflict resolution. Plan evening meals, assist with hygiene and homework, and transport youth to school, work, and community events. Manage daily chores, home maintenance, and required documentation while adhering to program expectations and policies. Work Sunday through Tuesday from 11 PM to 7 AM as a part-time overnight specialist earning $15.00-$19.00 per hour with a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant area of study (Social Work, Education, Sociology, Human Development, Public Health, etc.)
- Valid Missouri Driver's license
- Must be able to pass state and federal background screening
- Sunday - Tuesday 11PM-7AM shift availability
