Job Summary
Officiate soccer games across Vetta Sports programs by enforcing rules, managing player behavior, and resolving on-field conflicts between participants and spectators. Maintain control of the game through accurate call tracking, timing, and scorekeeping while making unbiased, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Conduct pre-game checks for field conditions and equipment, then complete necessary post-game reporting. Interact positively with players, coaches, and parents using strong verbal communication and customer service skills. This part-time, hourly role requires availability for evenings and weekends, standing and running for extended periods, and passing a comprehensive background check.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by league schedules
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Physical ability to keep pace with game play, including running, standing, and quick movements
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
