Job Summary
Officiate soccer games across Vetta Sports programs by enforcing rules, managing player behavior, and making unbiased calls. Conduct pre-game checks for field and equipment, then accurately track calls, timing, and scores throughout the match. Resolve on-field conflicts between players, coaches, and spectators while maintaining a respectful environment. Interact positively with parents and staff to address inquiries professionally. This part-time, hourly role requires approx. 15–20 hours per week, with availability for evenings and weekends. Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check and possess physical ability for extended standing and quick movements on indoor turf fields.
Required Qualifications
