Job Summary
Officiate soccer games across various programs, ensuring adherence to specific rules and regulations while maintaining control over player behavior and game timing. Enforce rules clearly to players and coaches, make fair and consistent calls with confidence, and skillfully resolve on-field conflicts between participants. Conduct pre-game checks for field and equipment, record scores, and complete post-game reporting. Interact positively with players, coaches, parents, and staff to uphold program integrity. Requires standing and running for extended periods, with availability for evenings and weekends. Must pass a comprehensive background check.
