Job Summary
Conduct youth soccer matches and enforce rules while maintaining safety as the top priority. Diffuse tense situations by building relationships with players and parents. Demonstrate confidence in self and policy, anticipating potential hazards to keep the game safe and engaging. Maintain punctuality and reliability throughout the season. This role supports the YMCA's mission to teach kids sports while offering a 403B retirement plan, earned PTO, and free membership.
